These are the worst customer service and they scammed me. I purchased the application and activated it, then there was a problem with the TV screen and I did a reset of the TV screen and I downloaded the application again, but I did not activate it. I sent the support to the private email, but I did not find a response. Scam and very bad customer service and I can't get a response If you do not respond and address this problem and advise me of the solution I will defame you on all sites😡😡

As far as the functionality is concern, this app is working fine. I like the feature of parental control and using parental control one can lock the Adult Channels. I have purchased this application but i need to reset my android tv and upon re-installing the app, it did installed my purchased version instead asked me to purchase the app again even though i am using the same google account. I did not find any link to report this issue.
