I wish to thank a Flixbus driver named WITCH or Vukitch. My nightmare began on the 17thof Nov. I purchased a ticket at an Agency Verkehrsverbund in Graz Austria. Unknown to me, I did not register his wheelchair which resulted in the driver not taking him. HE refused to take Mr P who was very distressed. Forward to 1st December I wish to thank Mr Witch who organized in advance that on return trip he wld accommodate Mr P and his wheelchair. Mr Witch was polite, and I thank him for his help.

I have got a ticket the controller taled me it's not your bus I saw the number of the bus I was sure that it's my bus he checked out and said your bus will be at 2:00 I booked at 15:55 when I write with the agents they said yes you're right but didn't return my money it was today 28-11-2023 and when I try to contact with them, they blocked me, so advice do not book tickets with that company

Your false advertising for flix bus through Greyhound has been bogus! The.stations that have flix bus machine did not route flix bus but charged the flix bus prices! Nor was the money reapplied after bus desertion. I am assuming now greyhound prices have skyrocket due to the conversion of the bus companies, I feel flix bus IS worth the extra fees due to the cleanliness and service routes and not such frequent stops. Fah!
