I've been using Flo for a few years now. It can be helpful with the predictions of when my period is due to arrive, but I have PCOS so my cycle isn't always timely. What Flo has done is encourage me to look at, and track, the symptoms around my period more, so I can tune into my body more and predict it myself in that manner.

Worst one I could get - you HAVE to be born 2009 or under like not everyone is born in the late 2000s or under. And plus - it's not really helpful for me, i don't like it

Flo has this weird and borderline revolting obsession with forcing pregnancy and fertility content down your throat, even if you have 'Just track cycle' selected. For some reason the only type of content you can disable is se*ual content (although this setting doesn't actually work anyway), but fertility/pregnancy topics are apparently non-optional. Despite the fact that their persistent mentions can cause distress (trauma, miscarriages, tomophobia, and all sorts of reasons exist, you know).

Ah, yes. It's perfectly reasonable to make this app 16+ as if we all start our periods over 16. Let's also add constant "join our premium" adds and give us a SLIVER of the app, so we HAVE to pay. We totally didn't get our periods at 10 - 12, no bc that would be too young, and you're not allowed to be able to know about your menstrual health until 16. Great app. How stupid.

Calculations are wrong! Flo App currently suggests my ovulation happens 7 days before my period starts ?! Absolute nonsense. Useless answer from the customer support team when error was flagged.
