Can't even log in on the app, but can on the website. Keeps telling me wrong info entered. Using same info and the same device I can log in successfully on the website. If they can fix this I'll change the rating. I've emailed support already. Update: After working with support they fixed the issue, and I am now able to log in using special characters in my password. This is much easier and faster than logging into the website on my device.

The app used to work ok. Nowadays, it is absolutely unusable. Freezes for random periods of time on any action. Side menu freezes the app and gets stuck in the middle of the screen. No error message on login with an incorrect creds (login screen just reloads), it takes 10 minutes to access my planner with us having only about 180 employees. Shows every employee rather than start with a filter to ones own name. Website shows my schedule correctly, app shows blank entries!

So bad. The settings don't stick, so you can't arrange the names in the list. Consequently, mine always shows Z-A, making it long-winded to find anybody. The names disappear when you scroll across, so you never know whose row you're looking at. Basically a bad user experience. I'm only suffering this nonsense because my employer uses it. In response to the developer response: I'm aware that I need to hit the Update button to confirm reordering of the names list. It makes no difference.

App crashes and will not launch on Galaxy S24 Ultra. I upgraded from the S23 Ultra. I've deleted all app data and reinstalled multiple times. App will not run on this phone.
