This measuring method is already very precise and is constantly being further developed. Measured values obtained from this procedure should also be checked with conventional measuring devices.

Good, but only gives you an hour of use before having to pay for it

Immediately hits you with a rush-sale pressure countdown saying "Better make your purchase NOW, price goes up x10 in 1 hour!" Which makes sense once you start using it. The app puts on a good show implying you can make a floor plan with it, creating doors etc., but I was unable to find any way to connect rooms together. As far as I can tell you can make ROUGH plans (+/- 10 inches) of individual rooms separately, but not a whole floor, and while it has doors it doesn't know about stairs.
