This app has glitches. Wrong data from print out docs and app do not match. Have to remember password (who does tht). The information obviously has to be read by a Specialist in Gastroenterology, so you need one of those in the functional med field not a reg Castro Dr. My reg Castro at Cleveland Clinic said he didn't know how to read it. I need a new Castro this will make 3. Their very dumb and the app isn't helpful without a Functional med Castro.

App and website both need some serious work. It's a battle just to log in. I'm being forced into changing my password every time, and it still tells me I'm invalid. It's hard to navigate and find anything on both app and website. I have to email customer service EVERY time I need something and I find that highly annoying. It's absolutely NOT user-friendly! If I can't navigate it, there is no way that someone that has special needs is going to be able to navigate this mess.
