Flourish

Flourish

Your AI health guide that calls you every week

Flourish is a personal health guide that checks in with you through a real-time voice call every week. When life gets busy, plans fall apart, or motivation dips, Flourish calls you to talk through what happened, figure out what's realistic, and rebuild your plan on the spot.

No apps to open. No forms to fill. Your guide calls you, you pick up, and you talk.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Set your health goals and connect your wearables, calendar, and other integrations
2. Your guide calls you each week for a real-time voice conversation
3. Talk through what went well, what got in the way, and what's coming up
4. Get a personalised plan that fits your actual week, updated live on the call
5. Adjust anytime by calling your guide back or sending a message

THE WEEKLY CALL

Every week, Flourish rings you with an incoming call notification. Pick up and have a natural voice conversation with your AI guide. It's like having a coach who actually knows your schedule, your energy levels, and what happened last week.

The call is where everything happens. Your guide listens, adapts your plan, and helps you protect your momentum, even when things are messy.

You can also call your guide anytime between weekly check-ins, or chat via text if you prefer.

WHY IT WORKS

Most health apps give you a plan and leave you to it. When you fall off, you start over. Flourish works differently.

Your guide calls you. You talk through what's real. The plan changes to match your life. No guilt, no pressure, no starting from zero.

This is structure that bends instead of breaking.

WHO IT'S FOR

Flourish is for people who care about their health but struggle to stay consistent because work, stress, or life keeps getting in the way. If you've tried apps that expect perfection and felt worse when you couldn't keep up, this is the alternative.
