I have listened to Summer since 2008--just love her! This isn't meditation; go to her Flow dreaming website for tons of info on what it is. While there are many lovely things to purchase, she gives away a lot for free, so no excuse not to try this out with no investment or commitment! She truly seems like a genuine, loving person. The app works great, and you can listen to many podcasts for free or sign-up for less than $3 a month for access to ALL shows. Highly recommended.

I love the idea but most of the hour of each episode is mostly filler advertising for her workshops and talking to callers. Not a lot of inspiring content to motivate me. I've listened to a few and always find myself feeling like I wasted my time

Can someone please tell me how to unsubscribe to this app. I'm billed every month for something I don't use. I use Summers CDs, but I don't like the app.

She seems condescending, couldn't get through an entire cast. Her ads are annoying as well. I say if you like her, you will love Abraham Hicks. Way better
