DEEP FOCUS: BLOCK DISTRACTING APPS
Choose the apps that pull you away and they won't open while the timer is running. Strict Mode removes the escape hatch, and a daily override limit keeps you honest when it doesn't.

WHITE NOISE
Nine ambient sounds — brown, pink, white, rain, ocean, underwater, wind, stream and fire — with volume control. It also keeps focus and break switching automatically while your phone is locked.

ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE DISCLOSURE
Deep Focus is optional and off by default. When you enable it and choose apps to block, Flowmodoro uses Android's Accessibility Service to detect when a blocked app is opened during a focus session and to show a block screen. It only checks the name of the app in the foreground — it never reads screen content, and no data is collected, stored, or transmitted off your device.
