App always sticks on "Finding a driver for you" screen. Only know when I have a driver, and they have arrived through push notifications. Also waited 20 minutes to be matched with a driver when the app stated it would only be 9 minutes. Ended up late.

No link between route suggestions and ticket purchase. You have to do your search twice to be able to buy a ticket for the travel you just searched for. No option to buy more than one ticket. Travelling with children, you have to do separate purchases for every extra person, including card validation. Not user-friendly at all. This is about the worst commuter app I've seen. Hire some proper developers to fix it.
