Flueward

Flueward is a portrait 2.5D flue-routing puzzle set in a snowbound mountain bathhouse. Read the working cutaway, identify the hearth, chimney branches, room nodes, and dampers, then tap D1 through D4 directly on the flue map. Choose Closed, Half, or Open for the selected damper. Dark pipe shows the full route while gold heat fills each branch according to that damper's actual opening. Rooms report cold, comfortable, overheated, or smoky conditions on the same view, so every action has an immediate and concrete result.

The first playable release contains eight progressively harder wings and sixteen deterministic fire phases. Straight Draft introduces one clear route. Split Hearth balances two branches with different thermal mass. Soot Bend adds a resistant turn and smoke risk. Sweep Night separates purging, preheating, and service. Shared Wall couples neighboring rooms. Steam Gallery combines split-level flow with door crossdraft and steam loss. Ridge Wind changes resistance across four wind directions. Grand Reopening closes the campaign with multiple hearths, bath, sauna, laundry, purge work, carry-over heat, locked inspections, and four distinct service phases.

The opening wing teaches the loop through short playable prompts: set a damper, watch heat enter the room, then light the hearth. Prompts fade after they are read instead of covering the model. Damper percentages, branch fill, room outlines, button selection, short animation, and layered sound all respond to player input. Reduced Motion retains clear static end states, icons, outlines, and audio without changing the rules.

Successful heating earns Kindling Tokens, Caretaker Seals, and Bathhouse Tiles. Fuel Choice presents visible tradeoffs before the next wing, while the Guest Book preserves completed tiles and best records. Optional rewarded ads may restore the latest inspected fire phase, redraw a fuel choice, or increase a completed reward. They never tune dampers automatically, reveal the correct opening, or impose forced energy. Requests use a blocking wait screen, timeout protection, cooldowns, and success-only reward callbacks.

Flueward supports English and Simplified Chinese, separate music and sound controls, reduced motion, left-handed layout, and high contrast. Every image shown in these materials comes from the real Godot Mobile target presentation. The game does not claim a free camera, physically simulated fluids or smoke, online multiplayer, offline ray tracing, or marketing-only high-detail models.
