Twice in the last week, I attracted 2 new species of butterfly with 100% fused rare flowers that I took weeks to harvest, and both times the eggs would take approximately 4 hours to incubate. Both times, I played a few minutes then close the app to return later, just to find the eggs gone (BOTH times). And the flowers used and gone, so I can't even use them again. I've messaged support twice to find out what happened and see if they can at least give me some consolation. NOTHING.

I used to play this game on my tablet when I was young, I absolutely fell in love with it, but after the 4.0 update, it had to be ruined, honeydew cost a lot to unlock areas, the game is harder, lost the butterfly abilities after getting all the butterflies, quality is bad and feels like a knockoff, at this point, the game is just going to go downhill, so PLEASE RUN AWAY MAKE THIS GAME BETTER AND MAKE IT FEEL THE SAME A FEW YEARS AGO (also the wings off the butterflies are off)
