Contacted Fluvial to get info on best settings on Fluvalsmart LED light in order to reduce algae in my tank. They looked at my settings and a picture of the tank and gave me an in- depth review of the type of algae and what I need to do to control it. Very impressed with the response.

Great app works very well with my fluvial 3.0. Love all the time sets on the app. My aquarium is just blooming with live healthy plants. Just keep in mind not to turn the setting all the way to 100% it will cause algae if not properly set. Other than that, I love it. Thank you. I hope to get more of those lights and try them out.

This is a big let-down as to reliability. Bought it new. Working & connecting fine for 2 months, now for unknown reason won't connect, Bluetooth, location on in mobile device, uninstall then install app, now app can't see the light when on green indicator is on. Quite a bit of money for something unreliable and disappointing. Perhaps Fluvial will contact me for a solution

Not able to connect to the light. Just bought the fluvial flex 32.5g and app won't find it. I see "flex display 1" on discoverable devices on my Bluetooth, so finding it isn't the issue. App just won't connect to it.

Was working when I set lights up, now it will not automatically turn Bluetooth on and off when I access app. It started asking allow Bluetooth. Not a big deal, but I liked it better the other way, I checked and firmware is up-to-date.oh well.
