This has got to be the worst app I have ever "tried" to use. You can't even touch a button to call whichever department you need. You literally have to scroll through all the departments find the phone number you need, write it down on a piece of paper (unless you have a good memory) and then back out of that app to go to your dial pad so that you can call that number that you hope you remembered correctly if you didn't write it down.

Wish there was a 0-star option Impossible to add banks or transfer funds. In person, they are terrible too. Do not recommend this bank at all!

I do not need to upgrade my phone cannot handle any more apps, and I don't even have a lot on them now I cannot have F and M as an app because it will not let me download it and my phone is a Samsung 8 plus, and it is not overloaded with apps, but it is irritating that now I cannot use the old app
