FRUSTRATING!!! Had to call the bank, was given *another* phone number to call. That person didn't know what to do and transferred our call without telling us she was transferring the call. Had to explain the issue again (third time!). The resolution was that an employee had entered our phone numbers (which the bank has used successfully for years!) in the wrong place! Then the mobile check deposit was clunky and awkward! This is among the worst systems I've used in 20 years...including IRS!

Bill pay is down more often than not. Cant use programs like belle. Can't even deposit checks. Run away from this bank.
