Would Usually be rated higher, but was disappointed today. You have to be very careful. I was just in Chop House today. I put my phone number on my bill and was disappointed that the waiter never recorded the visit ! ! ! There should be a way to go online and have unrecorded visits put on your account. I was surprised to see SO MANY negative comments about visits not being recorded ! ! !

Went to Chop House and Belle Glade in the same week. Wrote down phone number on bill and neither restaurant put in my info! I even called Chop House the next day and still no credit. It's a useless rewards program!
