Handy and useful Very handy for families on the go. You always have quick access to check balances or the option to transfer between accounts if needed. I can easily check that deposits go through without the lengthy process of calling or logging in.

MEMO NEEDED! And helping my mom with her finances, I would often pay for things with my credit card then transfer that amount back into my account. It would have been convenient for me to have a memo line in the transfer process. Keeping records is not my strong point, so this would have been extremely helpful for me.

It would be convenient if it works even half the time. I am always having to uninstall & reinstall & then it's not guaranteed to work. Someone really needs to fix this app. I have had this bank for a year and a half & the app still sucks.

It worked for years and now it doesn't. I do not have a computer to log into. I use my phone and my tablet (Samsung). Very frustrating. Now I have to wait until Monday and go to the Bank and get this straightened out.
