Very easy to use, kinda dislike that I have to receive a text and pin every time I log in. I understand it's for security purposes but man does it get annoying time to time. Great app though, highly recommend!

This app is the most useless banking app that I have ever had. All that you can do is view your transactions. What if you need to transfer funds from savings to your checking account, you can't!!! I miss Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union. You could do anything like that with the touch of a button. I can't even acces my funds from one account to the other at the atm or debit my savings account for that matter. Worst banking system I have ever dealt with in my 47 years of life

Ridiculous layout This layout sets an applet in the corner. Not as fluid as the previous app. Although once in it shows everything fine. Mostly unhappy with the login screens.

Had to change my review for this app. Cannot stand how much it fails on the biometrics login and having to go in, disable it, then re-enable it every fricking time. I am kind of just done with this app completely because of that. You're better off just texting BAL to their text line. 🙄
