★★★★★ One of the most amazing credit unions I have ever used. Everyone at Focus Federal credit Union are extremely friendly. This app is so easy to use. Love it!

★★☆☆☆ Terrible app. Has been saying "sync failed" on every page you try and open within the app. Been an issue for months if not all year. It's obvious they don't care about fixing it despite them saying they're "working on it". I rely on mobile banking every day, this is not an issue that takes months to fix. Time to find a new bank.

★★☆☆☆ Doesn't make sense that only one person can have access to an account that has 2 owners. My husband set his up, but when I set mine up it keeps asking me for a verification code that goes to his phone.

★★☆☆☆ Mine has been getting the same "sync failed" error for the past week. Annoying. It will usually only do that if I don't have a good signal. But that isn't the case this time because it does EVERY TIME I open the app here lately.
