I have trouble with focus timers because they never seem to actually excite me, or motivate me to use them. However, with focus hero I get a timer and the incentive of a little dopamine rush when I get to play the game after. It's very effective for me. I also have not encountered any problems with the app so far. The only thing I would want improved is a stopwatch timer instead of just a countdown. Sometimes I get really wrapped up in what im doing, and that's a good thing, I'd like if it counted.

I love this app. I have so much trouble focusing lately, so I set my guy for even just 10 mins and do one task I need to work on. Then I can do 10 mins on something else. Often by the time 10 mins is over I can keep working on whatever. And the app makes it, so I'm not procrastinating on my phone cuz I want to earn the focus points to advance my hero. I also like the sound options to listen to while I focus. Thank you ๐

Before I even got to try the program it wanted me to register to a subscription package. Lobbing a "Seven Day free trial" on people who procrastinate is cruel because it counts on them not getting around to cancelling a subscription they may not even be using. For shame.

There is a good intention, but the most essential is not there. There is no way to know how many minutes of focus I accumulated. Also, the English is really broken and the price of this app os crazy for its level of development.
