Focus, My Lady

Keep reaching for your phone while studying?
From today, your tutor is watching you, my lady.

Stand your phone up and start a lesson.
Your tutor quietly reads a book across from you. But the moment you look at your phone, the book snaps shut: "My lady!"
Sideways glances, looking away, sneaking off, switching to another app — you'll be caught every time.

• Lessons in a row: pick 1–4 lessons, with a break between each.
• During a break (5, 10, 15 or 20 min) your tutor rests too. A bell and vibration call you back, and the next lesson starts when you sit down.
• In another app? A notification calls you back when the break ends.
• Pause a lesson for 5, 10 or 15 minutes.
• Note what you studied after each lesson and review it in your report and calendar.
• A vibration tells you when a lesson ends.
