For an app that's supposed to help you keep away from your phone, it indulges you into a pretty extensive, cute but time-wasting game. Not for me. Later edit: thank you for your answer, I didn't know that!

Great app for phone addicts Finally I can focus on my work, reading and studying. The phone addiction was getting out of control but with this app I am able to lock a phone and concentrate for certain time period. The actual game of planting trees and watering it is great. It helps if you play the game together with someone, so you can compare your results and perhaps compete.

Does the opposite of what is needed. A massive distraction, just rewards you for doing nothing to the point where even if you're doing your Pomodoro properly (not aided by the fact this app doesn't have a break timer), your entire "break" gets used up doing busy work tending to your forest. Almost immediately, you get so much in-game currency that you have no extrinsic motivation to focus. If you have ADHD or other focus issues, do not install this app. It will not help.

Distraction. Will not help you focus but rather waste your time caring for fake plants. Better to turn your phone off and touch grass.
