There is irony in a device that is supposed to calm you that instead frustrates you. App tells me to subscribe and then when I try to subscribe it won't let me telling me I have an active subscription. Was on hold waiting for cs for 90 mins and gave up in frustration. Thanks Focus Calm for helping me manage my stress...

My girlfriend bought me this with the lifetime membership. The device arrived without a link to the lifetime membership. The device is a brick without a membership. We both emailed customers service and have gotten no response.

Complete useless. Bought a lifetime subscription can't use it, customer service is zero help. Reinstalled app, now device won't connect. Very expensive waste of money... DO NOT PURCHASE!!!
