Fold Play is almost perfect—clean UI, smooth folder navigation, and great performance. But volume is slightly lower than other players, which can be noticeable. Also, when opening an audio file from file manager, I hope future updates will redirect to the full directory view instead of showing just the file in the Queue. These tweaks would make an already great app even better!

At last in a world gone mad somebody who knows what it actually means to play files organized by FOLDERS/FILES. Many players out there claiming that ability don't get this right, still representing file (mp3) tags in folder mode. Thank youuuuuu!

There is no way to delete the entire recently played list ore song by song deletion. The only way to delete the recently played list is to delete the data of yhe app. 😩

The app had been working really well since I downloaded it a while back (aside for a few minor bugs flagged by other reviewers) but since yesterday it crashes immediately upon opening. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing cache, but those haven't worked. Not sure what else to try to get it working again on my phone or if this is a wider issue. A shame as it's one of the better folder music players, that doesn't have ads and the interface is simple.

While it's a minimalistic app supporting the playing of folders, I changed my 5* I to a 1* after finding out that Fold play caused unstable Bluetooth connectivity that was ruining my music experience for months. Avoid this app, at least if you're using high-end noise-cancelling headphones; I use Bose and Bowers&Wilkins and both are great brands, but didn't work properly under Fold play. Other music players work fine.

During playback subsequent songs play with zero volume until I pause and resume playback. This happens both with Bluetooth and wired connections.
