FollowMeter for Instagram

Who unfollowed me on Instagram? FollowMeter tells you — and stays connected while it does.

FollowMeter is the unfollowers tracker rebuilt to keep your account connected in the background, so your follower analytics keep working instead of logging you out every few days. No more re-linking your account just to check who unfollowed you.

WHO UNFOLLOWED ME
Track unfollowers and see exactly who unfollowed you on Instagram, with the date it happened. New unfollowers appear automatically — you don't have to remember who was following you last week.

NOT FOLLOWING ME BACK
Detect who is not following you back, and who you don't follow back. Clean up your following list, or just see where you stand.

GHOST FOLLOWERS
Discover ghost followers — the followers who never like, never comment and never view your stories. Ghost followers quietly drag down your engagement rate, and most people have far more than they expect.

STORY VIEWERS
See your top story viewers, ranked by how often they watch. On public accounts you can also see who viewed your story but doesn't follow you — the story viewers Instagram never shows you.

TOP LIKERS AND SECRET ADMIRERS
Find your top likers, your most active commenters and your secret admirers: the people engaging most with your posts, whether or not you follow them back.

WHO BLOCKED ME
Track who blocked your account, so you're not left guessing why someone disappeared.

INSTAGRAM ANALYTICS AND INSIGHTS
Get deep insights and reports on your posts, engagement and follower growth. See which posts earned the most likes and comments, watch your follower count trend over time, and follow your momentum with the Activity Meter.

LIVE ACTIVITY FEED
New — unfollowers, story viewers and profile changes stream into one real-time timeline, grouped by when we checked, with a clear monitoring status so you always know your follower tracker is working.

NEW FOLLOWERS AND LOST FOLLOWERS
See every new follower as it arrives and every lost follower as it happens, each with a date, so your follower history is a timeline instead of a number that moved.

MUTUALS AND ONE-WAY FOLLOWS
Sort your whole audience: mutual followers who follow you back, people you follow who never followed back, and followers you never returned. Every list is searchable and sortable.

STORY ARCHIVE INSIGHTS
Look back at past stories and see who watched them, long after the 24-hour window has closed on Instagram.

FollowMeter just got a lot more dependable
We rebuilt the engine that keeps your account connected. If the app used to log you out unexpectedly, get stuck, or ask you to sign in over and over — that should be a thing of the past. Your account now stays connected in the background and quietly reconnects on its own, so your data stays fresh and the app just works.
• A brand-new Activity Feed
• A cleaner first-time experience
• Notifications that look great
• More languages and fixes
