Great app, works as it should for me. I just ported my number from fido without any issues. Fongo support answered all my questions most on the same day or latest the next day but not longer than 20 hours.

Great app It took me a while to get the settings right on my phone. I had to switch phones because my voice was not clear on the old phone. But it is great on the new one. Tech support is not great as it is only via email, and they assume they know your issues rather than reading your text I use the app on Fongo wireless $19 a month with 2gb of data, and everything is free when you are on Wi-Fi it switches automatically saving your data use. As you are on Wi-Fi most of the time.

Update: Now I can not make calls. I dial, it pops up" on a call" and hangs up 05/22 The new update with the android update fails to authentication.n update: was working, now I try to make a called, and it says called failed.

I am actually very did disappointed in this app seeing as even sharing my number it started that we get free MESSAGING and CALLING yet when I send a message It requires s me to make a purchase. I would suggest this to be called false advertisement and would not close both my business and personal accounts. Was looking forward to working with you Jessica Fader

Crashes mid-call. Call just went silent and throws me a "Fongo app is not responding" out of nowhere.

Missed calls, text , unable to place calls, unreliable customer support. Inshore this app is unreliable. Someone will call you and the phone won't come through, and few minutes later you will see a missed call, the same for text. Try to get hold of support tech is nightmare Going 4th day now after sending a request for support because I can't place calls and I have tons of credit/money on it. If it is an emergency this app would totally disappoint you.Won't recommend
