Food Cost Calculator

Food Cost Calculator is a focused Android app for food cost calculator tasks. It is built for people who want the exact workflow quickly, without a bloated account-based platform.

Calculate recipe and per-serving food costs from ingredient package prices, quantities, units, and waste. Add labor, packaging, and overhead when you need a more complete view of what each recipe costs. Use food-cost targets, markup, or margin goals to explore a suggested selling price.

Create recipes, save useful history, organize notes, and reuse ingredient prices across projects. Scale servings, compare cost snapshots, and export or share the information when needed.

Privacy first
Your recipes and ingredient records stay on your device. No account, ads, analytics, or cloud sync are required. Premium scanning uses on-device OCR after you choose the camera or photo picker; images are not uploaded or retained by the app. Files leave the app only when you choose an export or backup destination.

Free and Premium
Use the free core calculator for current recipes, exports, and backup. Food Cost Premium is a one-time purchase that adds unlimited records, templates, cost history, scaling, batch export, and package/price-label scanning.

Food Cost Calculator is designed for cafes, bakers, caterers, food trucks, market sellers, and independent food businesses. Suggested prices depend on the values and targets you enter, so review your recipe, package label, and operating costs before using a result in a menu or sale.
