It was my first experience in foodie, and experience was good, rider come on time and leave to the door, like the feature "order for later" and "order for others" but they should be transparent the review option, I can't see the reviews of any customer like Foodpanda have, Add this feature. I'm just shifting from Foodpanda to foodie bcz there was no attractive offer.

I have been using Foodi since the beginning. I really liked in some selected restaurants there are discounts that Foodpanda doesn't give. But sadly I have to say, I will no longer use Foodi as their customer service is rubbish. I got a melted cake and given picture to the customer support. 3 days passed but no response from Foodi. If this happened with Foodpanda, they would have refunded me instantly. -10 Star for Foodi.

Not many restaurants available, the ones available, if you try to place an order, it does not process. Managed to get one iced drink to order, rider delivered after 1 hour of pickup which turned the drink with no ice. Contacted the customer care regarding delay, they asked for a picture of the food 😂. If there is the end of the world, then I probably use this app again. I do not recommend this app to anyone due to bad customer care and delivery services.
