So I love Food town, like Big Love 😘! However, this app has made me not want to be a customer no more. I can't even log in to see how many points I have, so I'm just going to walk into the store, and hopefully I have enough, and I don't have to be embarrassed! But out of every store I've been in since I moved to New York in 2024 this has been the best savings the best atmosphere and the best quality of food

When I clip a coupon the sale price doesn't ring up. Also, customer service seems to be lacking. To Food town Management: There's a Costco and Aldi within walking distance of your Rego Park store, so you need to do better.
