★★☆☆☆ Horrible experience!!! Be aware! I tried to refund items, but they refuse the request because I needed to destroy the items and take pictures of it, so it will be refunded. How I'm going to make sure if they will refund it back Also they tell you that you didn't reply, so they close the request such bad customer service. Will Never buy from them again!

★★☆☆☆ I've used this application on several occasions, and without any complaint about the service provided. Unfortunately, for recent requests, I have witnessed a lack of accountability on this application plus their services providers as well. Requested a rescheduling to transfer my order, but on the day of receiving no communication from the local provider on when will it be delivered. Wouldn't recommend it for anyone to utilize this application and remove my account from it.
