★★★★★ I love being able to start and lock and unlock my truck from my phone. Awesome feature and one reason I'd stay with Ford. However, the app is buggy and slow at times but not enough for me to not use it.

★★★★★ I use Ford pass all the time. I set times for my vehicle to start, so it is warm when I go out, I use it to insure I lock the doors if I forget to lock it when I get out. I use it for basic information on my vehicle. I use the start option to start the engine about 5 minutes before going out when it is cold. I use it to track my vehicle. I would be lost without Ford Pass.

★★★★★ Very useful app for oil life, tire pressure and my favorite is the lock the car features.

★★☆☆☆ Why am I being forced to log into this app again? I've never had to in 6 months and why is my car NOT in here? It worked fine yesterday. Why can't you guys ever just have this app work. There is ALWAYS something wrong with it.

★★☆☆☆ I'm disappointed because ford pass remove the SECURIALERT from the app I was enjoying it but now no more I don't know why, I'm paying a lot of money for my truck and I can't get that benefit? Why?

★★☆☆☆ App doesn't update regularly to see where my vehicle is. The longest it took to update was 15 hours. Feels glitchy at times. Takes a while for app to connect to my SUV to auto start or remotely lock or open. Could be better and faster. Please fix these issues.
