I am loosing on my trade and I haven't been able to log in to close it and cut my loses. How can I trust my funds to this company? This is serious business that deals with people's money.

Everything was going well until a +25 spike, when I already had a buy position. However, when I exited, I was down 75 pips. It takes way to long to register a command. Thankfully, I was on a demo account and no real harm was done.

This is the most unreliable app I have had to deal with. It's so laggy and some times it simply gets stuck on "Please wait". Last night I tried placing an order and the app simply hung on "Please wait". To this morning, the order still wasn't showing on the app, so I assumed it never got placed. Now I logged into the website and it turns out it is there. I'm glad I got to try this with a demo account, but would not dare using real money with this app... will try some other more reliable broker.

This is by far one of the worst apps I've ever used. I have lost about $300
due to the inability to login when I need to and the app gets stuck on the
loading screen. I have gone on to the chat spoken to the helpdesk agent and
it's always the same thing we are launching a new app soon. Now I don't
know about anyone else but not allowing a user access to his funds due to a
constant glitch on their side and user's loosing money in the process
should be construed as theft.
