All in all an awesome app with a bunch of useful features that have helped me improve my swimming. Occasionally may crash when browsing workouts, and I've gotten some errors trying to edit custom workouts, preventing me from saving the changes I made.

Got the new Swim 3 goggles and they are great. Better graphics, the heart rate monitor is great and the head coach feature has some neat analytics. Overall the new goggles are very impressive and makes your workouts better.

I so very much want to like these goggles and the app. But, the overzealous attempts to force you into a subscription completely ruin the experience. I spent hours working with the app trying to activate the goggles without a subscription. Nothing worked until I finally found a way to schedule a call with tech support. That resulted in them activating the goggles without a credit card. A month later (post free trial of the subscription) and the goggles need to be activated again. SMH.

Lots of bugs in the app (even after speaking with customer service) There is an endless loop telling you to fit your goggles which interrupts your use of the app. It also can't sync with Strata due to some sort of server error, and it has no native ability to sync with Garmin. It's your only way to access the goggles, and my second set of goggles works (first pair had to be returned), so I guess I will upgrade it to 2 stars.
