Description
For the past number of years the pharmacy department in Our Ladys Childrens Hospital in Crumlin have been publishing their formulary guidelines for paediatric prescribing. This publication has been used by a wide range of medical staff, predominantly within the hospital itself.
All the usual sections of the Formulary have been retained. We have put a lot of work into designing a navigation system that is easy to use so you will have no problem finding the information you need. The app currently contains four sections:
Drug dosages Guidelines & Protocols General Information Parenteral nutrition Antimicrobial Guidelines
Please note that, like the formulary itself, the app will constantly change and update. Over the course of each version we will be adding to and editing the drug information and guidelines. All updates will be automatically added to your app when you open it.
By purchasing this app you are subscribing to 12 months of medical formulary content. After 12 months you will be provided with the option to choose whether or not to avail of In App Billing allowing you to resubscribe to the medical formulary content.

The app keeps crashing The app keeps crashing and does not allow me to log in. After I put the password it seems that the log in button is blocked and it does not allow me to click on it. Please fix this.

I can bit log into my app despite several attempts. Have tried using forgot password option to change my password and despite being told success I received no email to reset. Very disappointed as I pay my yearly subscription but have not had use of this app for past 4 months
