Description by Brandon Stecklein(from Google Play)
Forum Fiend is the best way to stay in touch with your online discussion forums while on the go! Features include:
Add all of your favorite forums and sites under one easy to use app!
Forum theme customization: Forum Fiend allows users to customize the theme color of the app on a per-forum basis. Give each forum you subscribe to its own look and feel! Forum owners can also provide default theme settings for their forums by saving a small .json file to their forum server. See https://www.ape-apps.com/viewpage.php?p=forum-fiend for more information.
Forum chat: Forum Fiend also allows forum owners to turn designated topics on their system into a pseudo chat room, increasing user engagement and activity for their communities. Users can set any topic they choose as a chat thread by long pressing on the topic in the app. Forum owners can also set this up automatically by saving a small .json file to their forum server. See https://www.ape-apps.com/viewpage.php?p=forum-fiend for more information.
Feature complete experience for all users: Out of the box, Forum Fiend is feature complete. There is an option to remove advertising for a very small annual fee, but doing so does not unlock any additional features. We will never sell you a fully featured app, only to downgrade it in the future and replace it with another paid version. We are not scum like that.
Clean interface: Forum Fiend features a straight forward navigation structure that actually makes sense for a forum. The focus is on the forum content, not making you hunt and peck around a confusing menu structure.

★★★★★
Amazing forum viewer Great features. 1000x better than tapetal with a developer that keeps in contact with his users.
★★★★★
Nice but needs some tweaking. So far I like it quite a bit more than the official Tapetal client. The only issued I've had were weird times when it wouldn't display posts but restarting the app fixes that. It also doesn't show me subscribed forums, only subscribed threads. Otherwise, it's pretty nice, and I will probably pay to remove ads if it gets updated often. Thanks for giving us a nice alternative!
★★☆☆☆
Great, except can't view actual thread This app is the perfect alternative to the newly destroyed tapetal app. Except when I click on the thread title to view the thread, I cannot see any of the info in the thread. It opens and stays blank. This would be a 5-stat app if this is fixed. Please fix this asap!
★★☆☆☆
I Hate SaaS (Subscription) I will not have the features I pay for taken away from me after a year, whether $99 or 99¢. The SaaS model stinks.
★★☆☆☆
I assume this new version doesn't support Tapetal API? The old version was brilliant for just browsing a forum.
★★☆☆☆
G+ login I use my google+ login whenever a community offers the option, but I can't log in to my forums on this app. It gives me the invalid login error. Disappointing.
