Why can't the Fourier Predictor application be operated again?

Downloaded and paid for the app, however the app does not update. With the paid function does not provide any additional features. Is this a scam? Why pay if no additional features. Seems clear that the developer using false advertising to make money.

There's nothing worse, no bigger let down then when an app tells you that it's free, and then after you install it it tells you that you only have 30 days left of the trial. This app won't even let you go forward unless you admit that you're using the demo. The other part is that all it seems to use is the macd and a few other applicators yet doesn't include Fourier which you really can get off of any other Stock app. Don't waste your time!
