Would give 5 stars, but when using the bill pay feature, it does not show when the check is "cashed" in the bill pay section on the android app. This leaves me to have to use a computer to check the status. I am not always near a trusted computer to do so. Please update the app for android users... Please‼️

Worst experience ever dealing with this banking institution. I highly recommend not using them. There are plenty of other credit unions to choose from. I have used this account for about 5 days... because I deposited two checks And I took the allowed amount that they gave me from the checks. It read flagged my account and my account.was frozen for 5 long days... couldn't use my belle. Lord knows how much money I lost. Shame on the idiots who run this institution. Huge Fail!!!!!!

HELOT accounts now have a separate portal and that makes everything so much worse. Can't transfer between accounts as easily now and the interface in app bugs out too. App is heading in bad direction, was previously better.

The app never "remembers my device" and I need to get a phone call verification code every time I want to check my balance, even tho I say "remember this device" and I have to give it a new name every time ? ? ? What is the problem
