The platform works OK, but the tax report they send you is basically useless, and the Help Center is awful. They probably have an SLA system, because the employees don't even seem to read what you've asked. I've been trying to understand their Income Tax report for 2 years now, but they won't detail/explain even when asked specifically about it multiplies times in the same conversation. So basically, if you put your money here, be prepared to compute your tax report ENTIRELY on your own.
