It is a disappointment from the creators of Bearable. It is a gamified emotional journal, and it tries to teach people emotions. I feel that as an adult with serious mental health concerns, this is not a suitable addition for my recovery. It might be for a 5-year-old. Through the gamified environment it pulls you in to play more, which in my experience, will actually make you feel worse regardless of the intention. It is definitely cutesy, but I do not find it helpful.

ETA: Just saw that it uses GenAI. Downgrades any opinion to 1 stars. It's not bad? But it's essentially only a journal ling reminder. I like the grounding toolkit and crisis line links, but to get any other utility out of it you have to pay.
