Nice app but why can't I skip forward or backward while watching movies?

Very bad app, crashed all the time. That is not what I paid for. I won't use fpt service anymore.

Stupid login feature for mobile device, it takes too much time to access unnecessarily lengthy steps. Why did you build the mobile app while all it serves is exploiting time of customers who want to log in the app asap and start watching their favorite shows? Suggest you redo the user research and run more testings. Worst app!

Control panel for mobile sucks, any other feature such as forward/backward or pause/play button, volume or quality settings are all disabled while trying to watch the video
