FR8 App is good and useful, but one issue we are facing is that login works on only one device at a time. Sometimes we need to use multiple platforms together like 2 phones and a desktop for operations and tracking. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP and allow multi-device login support. It will help transporters and teams work more smoothly.

No one is answering the phone calls. They have kept my full balance payment on hold. I arranged a vehicle from 150 km away for loading, but they didn’t provide any load, and they also refused to pay the cancellation charges. Especially Tajuddin — he is a complete fraud and a liar. After unloading the vehicle, he says, “What payment? There is no payment.” I have the call recording as proof, and I also contacted their partner support team — they spoke once and then stopped answering my calls.

Very worst customer service. We took load in Feb 24 2026. Our vehicle involved in 3rd Party accident, so we transit their load to alternate vehicle and delivered on time. We are not responsible for POD (delivery receipts) since we transit to another vehicle. however they didn't close our trip. They didn't release our halting charges and balance amount around 5k. If they ask vehicle for loads it will take 2 3 days for loading and never give halting charges. Pls don't take any loads from them.
