This is a NO FRILLS basic and fundamental FRAME BY FRAME video footage chopper... it does exactly that, and not much more. There are other programs for dressing up or further examining the photos which you farm from this program. Its straight forward for anyone who is looking for a quick way to examine extensive footage, without having to , start stop, etc. Each time you run a video, it cuts it in exactly the same time frame, and allots numbers for easier references. A time saver and mental energy saver. I examine UFO footage, so needling through each frame of each video is time consuming, and tiring, this app has been indenspensible, I have it installed on all my hand held devices.

Horrible App The worst part is that it only lets you use it in landscape mode. In doing this, any videos not taken on that mode are distorted and there's no way to view them normal size. In theory, it does exactly what I want it to do but with the landscape mode and them OVER using ads, not worth the trouble.
