Description by FrankJoy(from Google Play)
The FrankJoy app will help you find your way in your own world. Your biggest challenge is to realize your current feeling every day and look for shards of joy in it.
Ideally, take a moment each day to record your current state of joy with just one click. The history of records will show you your strongest and weakest moments in time and space. This great app has the potential to bring you sincere lasting joy. It is simple and therefore effective. Try 7 days for free now.
• What is joy for you personally and how does it manifest itself in you? • What happens to you when you experience joy? • How do you feel, what is going on in your mind, in your body? • Where and when do you have the greatest moments of joy? • Are you honest with yourself? • Do you have an overview of your feelings and your own habits?
Long-term observations show that very few people are able to perceive their own level of joy and the less they are then able to work with it. With FrankJoy, your path to joy will be clearer. Our own joy can be so strong that we can then bring joy to our surroundings through our actions. We can have a positive effect on the joy of others, we can help them realize their joy.
How to do it?
• Stop and realize how you feel right here and now. Choose one of the FrankJoy levels (1-10) in the application. Record your choice and add a note if you want. • You can view your records retrospectively at any time in your joy statistics. After years, months and days. • You can see your joy index on the world map of joy. You will also see how happy people are anywhere in the world. • You can set recording reminders. Thanks to that, the statistics will tell you much more about yourself. www.frankjoy.com
