I know others have had trouble with this app, but for me and my small business it works well. Also, their customer service has been great when issues come up. For most issues same day turn around. We just completed our yearly inventory, and it saved us a bunch of money in payroll. Our grooming salon loves it too. I find that they are great at implementing changes that we request too!

Since the update this app works better...still ANNOYING to book an appt through this app. But checking the schedule and accepting online appts is easy to do now and doesn't take 35 yrs to load

The letters overlapping in the app don't allow u to click on certain things. I can't log in because the terms & privacy laws cover the sign-in button. So every time u hit the sign-in button the privacy laws pop up.

App doesn't even open on my phone. Just says something went wrong. Uninstalling fixed the issue once and then the issue occurred again the next update. Doesn't allow you to edit on the phone app or see previous appointments or notes.

I hate this app as an employee. It never loads. I have to restart my phone, and even then it still doesn't load. I can't edit or delete my notes. I can't see who tipped me what amount. It sucks.

Update available, yet .still does not update. Version in store is 4.13.3, version installed is 4 13.2, yet the store does not give me the option to update. Uninstalled and reinstalled still wrong version.
