I can't get a response, I can't make an account, and I can't even open the app anymore. I have been part of the group on Facebook since 2017, but I am no longer on Facebook. I thought maybe this would be a good option to keep up with the group otherwise. I bought a challenge coin, which is supposed to come with a lifetime membership. I have sent in a request for an account to no avail. I have sent two or three messages in the app to no avail. I am bummed and feel like I wasted money.

Not letting me sign up. It keeps saying my first name can't have any numbers in it, but it doesn't, and then it says "fname must have at least three letters"
