App & website doesn't allow you to download your insurance cards also My son was involved in an accident that wasn't his fault, and they told us we had to call the insurance company of the driver who hit my son! So on top of all that off the insurance company of the driver that hit my son said they're not paying out to fix our car to show proof he was at fault this is when you have a week insurance company! They save you money and do nothing when in an accident what a joke!!

Never allows me to make a payment. Either doesn't find my policy and if it does say something went wrong with payment
