I am old at 75 years and I miss getting your weekly ads, where I can spread them out and go over your ads with a good cup of coffee, the print online is too small, and I did not enjoy looking at them, go back to paper, if Safeway can do it so can you.I fear you will lose a lot of customers, especially since you have Shag apts and over 55 apts all around you !!!!!!

I live out if town and have a Kroger acct. Getting the digital coupons activated on the Fred Meyers app was a nightmare. I went to the customer service counter and the gentleman at the desk couldn't figure it out either. Worst customer unfriendly grocery app I've ever used. I was trying to buy rib eyes on sale and was told no one could override the system, so I had to leave them in the cart and walk out.
