★★☆☆☆ Once used this but can't log in again. No option to reset password

★★☆☆☆ I downloaded the app sometime back and logged in but lost that phone. On my new phone I've downloaded the app again but won't let me in no matter what I try, whether to create a new account or login the old. Its frustrating cos I initial found their information very useful. Its unfortunate I can't reset password or create new one. Whatever email I use it says already exists 🙄.
