Absolutely brilliant, both the app and the product. Get it free with some NatWest and Mettle accounts (at time of writing). The immediate competitors don't even come close. Bank, HMRC, NOW pension integration are all great and save a load of hassle. Smart capture for invoices and expenses works well. Integrated payroll makes life as easy as it can be. Time recording is a highlight, allowing users access to enter time sheets and expenses without access to accounting functions.

I love using Free Agent for my business. It really makes my bookkeeping simple, especially with the reconciliation with my Bank account.

Support of the app is terrible. Calculations on my self assessments always have been uncorrected and HRMC had to send me reevaluations, which I can't update on the site. Co Pilot service accountants made massive mistakes on my VAT and I had to fix everything myself, they actually don't know how to use tge App. Don't safe money and use different services! CO-Pilots Cleaver accounts didn't do any work properly and refusing to get my money back eveb I just asked back for 50% refund. AVOID!

Absolute rubbish, use to have "capture for later option" and smart capture... They made it payable and limited. I hope to never have to use such an idiotic app.

App doesn't accept my login details, but if I log in online, it accepts the same details that are being rejected by the app. I have re-installed the app 3 times. The same issues happened. If the support team can help, that will be great. Ps app doesn't accept starling Bank. Why ?? I have used my marketplace with my starling business account to link Free Agent to my starling account. Please make it make sense

The app was working great, now whenever I load it up I get a brief flash of my account before it goes to a blank screen. Press back button, same thing. Reinstalled, cleared storage and cache, nothing appears to correct this. Literally unusable to me right now.
