Is there an option to remove/delete the interest accumulated for few days? I can't find it and im not able to close the loan account without adding the payment of the interest accumulated for few days. Since sometimes, the lender may not take interest accumulated for few days/incomplete month. So will be great if the option can be added.

I really like the app, it's intuitive and easy to use, doesn't lack any feature. The problem is that it shows wrong data in its reports and dashboard, like overdue payment, Loan book, revenue and profit data. I have contacted multiple times customer and current from them but after some times it shows incorrect data. Currently, I am using this app for collection only, I think team has to work a lot to improve the app.

I've been the premium user since 2 years even though my requirements were not fulfilled, especially collecting the part payment from the debtor and having detailed statement downloaded with the net due after every transaction with the details of interest added with net due after that incident and part payments made with the net due after the incident. No detailed incidental statement yet and I was told it will be done on priority but never done, so I didn't renew and my basic login is disabled now

Incorrect Annual Compound Interest Calculation even Add Loan And Topup Money after export PDF Calculation Different (Wrong) I had a very bad experience with this application.
